Litho Laminating

At Kay Printing we specialize in a custom box manufacturing process called Litho Laminating. Unlike flexographic or digital printing where the graphics are printed directly onto the box (think pizza box or amazon box), litho laminating involves printing your graphic design on paper using offset printing and adhering that printed sheet to a corrugated board.  And the printed sheet can be embellished with a wide range of decorative finishes such as lamination, foil stamping and embossing. Once the printed sheets are applied to the corrugated box it is then die cut into a CAD designed shape that can be folded into a box.  The box design often includes custom designed trays that fit inside the box to hold the box contents in place and create a visually pleasing presentation.
